2014/15 repairs charge is 85% over estimate

In the Actual Service Charges statement you will have received you may have noticed that the actual charges for 2014/15 General Repairs of £238,993 is quite a bit bigger than the estimate we were given.  Actual is a hair under 185% of the estimate which was £129,238.

We have asked the BEO for a breakdown of the actual figure and are awaiting a response.
